Both the 12-3 Bills and the 11-4 Bengals have combined for 23 wins, the most ever played in an MNF game.
Cincinnati is on a seven-game winning streak. Buffalo is on a six-game winning streak.
A victory over Buffalo could move Cincinnati to the second seed position in the AFC playoffs, depending on whether the Kansas City Chiefs face the Denver Broncos on Sunday.
The Bills have won the AFC East title. The Bengals qualified for the playoffs and entered Week 17 with a one-game lead in the AFC North.
