Auburn continues to land offensive linemen under Hugh Freese.
The latest is Tulsa offensive tackle Dillon Wade. A previous relationship with offensive coordinator Philip Montgomery makes him an even better fit for Plains, where he is eligible for his three-year term.
After looking at some numbers on PFF, there are some notable things about Wade’s game.

Wade’s PFF offensive grade for the 2022 season was 66.4. His passes his blocks during the season his grade he was 66.7. The runblocking grade was 67.2.
His biggest leap from 2021-2022 was in the pass blocking category. In 2021, he graded out to 36.1 in pass protection. Last year he jumped to 66.7. When it comes to PFF, run blocking seems to be Wade’s greatest strength.
