Sadly, the play’s architect isn’t on hand. he was 72 years old.

Still, his legacy will swirl all over Pittsburgh’s Acrisure Stadium. Harris will be even more immortal when the franchise retires his 32nd.

The ceremony is sad and lively. Harris was one of Pittsburgh’s favorite sons, shining at Penn State, making history at his stadium at Three Rivers, and continuing as a local fixture long after his playing days ended. solidified his position.

Raiders vs. Steelers Live Update, NFL Saturday Night Football Game Highlights

(always eastern)

9:52 PM: Intercept! Pickett throws the ball towards Denzel Perryman. Denzel Perryman definitely pulls a pass out of the sky. This is a big let-off for the Las Vegas defense, especially considering the Steelers had the ball moving well up front.

Perryman was stopped in Pittsburgh territory and took the ball 24 yards down the field. Not something you want to see if you’re a Steelers fan.

9:50 PM: Pittsburgh’s offense came alive in the opening stages of the third quarter. Pickett has already made three of his double-digit gains, the biggest being George Pickens’ his 25-yard skipper off Carl.

The Steelers are at the 35-yard line in Vegas.

End of second quarter

21:27: Field goal! Las Vegas would take the lead back to a touchdown-sized edge after Carlson spotted a target from 40 yards out.

Raiders 10, Steelers 3

9:26 PM: Pittsburgh’s defense solidified and Daniel Carlson took the field.

9:24 PM: Adams smokes Cameron Sutton on release and finds himself wide open towards the end zone. But Kerr’s pass sailed slightly above him and slid just over Te’s outstretched grip. Carr will want it back.

9:20 PM: Impressive pitches and catches between Kerr and Darren Waller. The Raiders’ gunslinger dropped a pass peach into Waller’s bread basket, setting up a 34-yard gain as the first half closed. Las Vegas is perfectly positioned to score some sort of score here.

21:12: Field goal! Boswell’s second field goal attempt of the night split the uprights and cut Las Vegas’ lead to four.

Raiders 7, Steelers 3

8:55 p.m.: Boswell’s kick goes wide and gives Las Vegas the ball in decent field position. It’s not ideal.

8:54 pm: After reaching the brink of the first down marker, Pittsburgh brings in the kicking team. Let’s see if Chris Boswell can break into this Raiders lead.

End of first quarter

8:47 pm: It was close! Pickett almost sees a pass to Dionte Johnson pulled out of the sky. But it gets through, setting up a 16-yard gain to finish first. Maybe that will give Pittsburgh a spark heading for second.

8:41 p.m.: TJ Watt and company wiped out the black and silver glow on the second drive of the day, forcing a three-and-out. That’s far better than Mike Tomlin’s team.

8:36 pm: Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett failed to complete a pass attempt on third down. The ball returns to Las Vegas.

8:28 p.m.: TOUCHOWN! Kerr finds Hunter Renflow for a short-range touchdown. This is a great start for the Fresno State University product.

Raiders 7, Steelers 0

8:21 p.m.: Jacobs finds space and breaks through the Pittsburgh defense for an 11-yard gain. A fairly stable diet in Jacobs’ early years. That said, I can’t say I wasn’t surprised.

8:20 p.m.: Foster Morrow starts the passing game with the first down snag. A very solid drive in Las Vegas so far.

8:18 pm: Josh Jacobs cuts trenches and runs chains. He’s now racking up his 1,500 rushing yards for the year. Not too bad for a guy who didn’t receive the 5th year option at the end of last season.

8:17 pm: The ball is about to be kicked off. Raiders starting with the ball tonight. let’s try it!

8:12pm: About 5 minutes after the start of the game. The national anthem was just sung. It’s soccer time!

8:09 pm: Cameron Hayward leads the defense at number 32 flag. A very cool gesture by the Steelers ahead of Saturday night’s game.

8:03 PM: A look at the broadcast crew prior to tonight’s duel. It has roughly the same number of layers that you would expect someone working in a 10 degree environment to wear.
